I threw a GPO in place for the Axcess add-in a couple of years back and that 
has stopped local add-in from failing to load.

I’ve not has nearly as much luck with Engagement\PPC, but at least with Axcess 
the GPO has prevented any other issues to date concerning Office and CCH Axcess.

That 32 bit reliance on Adobe though….that’s starting to irk.

Yep, the addins have chronic issues especially the Axcess Document plugin to 
Outlook. Outlook will want to constantly disable it because Outlook thinks it 
‘loads slowly’ so it has to be added to the ‘always enable’ list in Outlook. 
The Document plugins to Outlook have been problematic for years. I don’t know 
how many helpdesk issues I’ve dealt with for CCH Axcess Office plugins over the 
years, but it’s been an absurd amount.

What do you mean by o365? Do you mean the o365 release of office? If so cch’s 
addins are crap and break constantly. Make sure you are running the slow ring 
of updates so that way you don’t run the latest and have even more issues. Also 
make sure you are using the 64bit release.
