Same here. Add-ins constantly break. Quite poorly reflective on Engagement: we 
also have trained our accountants on how to re-enable add-ins and check a few 
things before contacting help desk. That has been the best solution we’ve come

I feel sorry that you haven’t moved your accountants to 64bit yet. Excel can 
drag badly on 32bit now. Especially for some of our large engagements. CCH is 
still using the same addins it bought from the company that made them in like 
2006 and hasn’t redesigned them. That’s why they struggle more with 64 bit. We 
had to train our accountants on how to re enable their addins.

They seem to work without an issue on 32 bit Office 2019. When we put people in 
the test O365 64 bit, we seem to have some slowness and more issues with Add 
ins than normal.

What do you mean by o365? Do you mean the o365 release of office? If so cch’s 
addins are crap and break constantly. Make sure you are running the slow ring 
of updates so that way you don’t run the latest and have even more issues. Also 
make sure you are using the 64bit release.
