They seem to work without an issue on 32 bit Office 2019. When we put people in 
the test O365 64 bit, we seem to have some slowness and more issues with Add 
ins than normal.

What do you mean by o365? Do you mean the o365 release of office? If so cch’s 
addins are crap and break constantly. Make sure you are running the slow ring 
of updates so that way you don’t run the latest and have even more issues. Also 
make sure you are using the 64bit release.
