It would be easier to answer the question "How long is a piece of string ?"
than it is to answer yours, Debbie. But, I had a professor many years ago
that used the expression "nibbled to death by piss ants" and maybe that
approach would work here ?
The machine seems to be working.
The monitor seems to be working.
Are the two plugged together ???
If they are:
Have you tried booting the machine with a boot floppy or CD ???
That should tell us where to start.
If you drink, don't drive. Don't even putt.

Both the monitor and the computer seem to be working but the screen is blank
and the reset and power button do not work. The fan is running on the
mother board. It is a XP machine. Any help would be wonderful.
