[CTS] Re: PC Will not boot sometimes

Strip it to the mobo with memory and video, see if it POSTs. If not then try
a temp power supply. If the same might be mem or CPU or bad mobo.
If it POSTs ok without swapping PSU then add one thing at a time, HD then
CD/DVDm then one card, etc till you duplicate the problem.
