CP... how it's down, why it's done, and what it 'takes' internally to do
it. Many of the leading members of the CP community have, and continue to,
contribute their insight, experience and wisdom to out pages.
They are all free to access for you, for the CP community and for the
public at large. I mention them because what you describe suggests to me a
process that is much needed. Not 'trainings' in the sense of here is
"how", but personal development in the sense of openly recognizing, sharing
and even questioning "what is happening? why is it happening? what can I
add? how can I add without subtracting?"
