Does this phrase: "advanced collaborative legal practice" mean it is for
attorneys only, or is it a multi-disciplinary training? I can't find any

Thanks very much for the factual upgrade, Chip. I wasn't aware of that, and
it may be that the current head of the institute may not have been aware
when he proposed this offering that there had been one previously. My hope
is that we will have so much interest in this workshop that the Straus
Institute will want to keep collaborative practice on the menu and expand
the offerings. They promote their events worldwide to a very broad and
"high quality" adr mailing list. Hope to see many of you there; it will be

The Straus Institute is considered by many to be the foremost dispute
resolution teaching and study program in North America. Their
professional skills programs (in June at the Malibu campus and inOctober

Woodstock, Vermont) bring together leading dispute resolution trainersfrom
North America for two and one half days of intensive skills training inme
