I'm a fan of users@, devs@ and pmc@. The Mailman software is pretty
easy to use/subscribe and it's widely-used, so developers are familiar
with it.

pmc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - Not archived, users can't join. (or did we
decide that the voice chats are private and this list will be
archived?)
users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - Archived, anyone can join. User support
and discussion.
devs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - Archived, anyone can join. Technical discussion.
