I filled out the meeting room application for Mon., Dec. 8th. The only
person who had a conflict with that day was Dave Farrington, whom I
called at work and who also lives in South Windsor along Rt. 30. He had
Thursday free, but someone else had Thursday crossed out besides Lynne
Mardoc. He will talk to his wife about trying to come that night. He
couldn't come last time.

I plan to create a CCOSS user application on the Web site that stores
and uses user interests, availability for meetings, and announce list
subscription. That will lighten my load. I created a quick user interest
page last night for Bill Rivet and I off of the home page to show what
people are interested in.

This week I contacted Astrian by phone and left a message about renewing
ccoss.org. I'll keep bugging them. That's why I'm working on this early
before the expiration date.

There are four people on our mailing list. One hasn't posted yet.

My suggestion for our meeting is a discussion with everyone in a circle
plus use of the overhead projector, which I requested, once in a while.
Also, we may have possible Interest access, but I'm not sure how we'll
use it. This has to be ironed out still.
