Yes. There is a program called Odi's LFN Tools, which involves a 
series of DOS commands beginning with 'L'. For example: LDIR, 
LREN, LCOPY etc. I can't send it to you, because of the 
limitations of the list, but if you give me your e-mail address, I can.

I think no, but I'm not sure.

Yes, these are normal !!!***DOS***!!! programs.
