I'm not sure if this is necessarily what you are looking for, but even if
it is not, this is an interesting little program. I can't remember what
it changes as far as fonts because I haven't used my Win3.1 machine for
awhile. The program is called Sysfon and I know that it works
wonderfully to change the fonts, but it may change some fonts that you
don't want changed. I know that it changes the title bars, but I can't
remember what else it changes.
Check it out at this site (which I think I just found, but I have found
so many Win3.1 sites, I can't remember them all anymore.) It's the first
file under 3.xx Update Software.
