Hello Ron,

Please keep in mind that if you had already filed and flew a flight plan
from say Seattle (KSEA) to Vancouver (CYVR), then upon landing in
Vancouver, you decide to immediately taxi to  Runway Two Six Left, it will
NOT work. Why? Because the departing airport remains Seattle (KSEA) and
there isn't a Runway Two Six Left at Seattle. You would need to say, "Make
the origination airport Charlie Yankee Victor Romeo" first, then you could
say, "Taxi to and hold short of runway Two Six Left". I hope this helps.
