Wind 7, 32-bit, FSX+acceleration, JFW 13, and the latest version of IYP (I presume, since Michelle prompted me to download it). My question: I do not see the Unify Affinity checkbox anywhere in the settings panel. I can do it manually through task manager, but I do not see any such choice in the IYP settings at all. Extended help, ACARS, auto-altimeter, and a host of others, but no affinity. Where is it? I want to see if that fixes the issues I am having: Delayed responses from IYP, and some stuttering of Michelle, as well as other sounds on the PC. This issue is not to be confused with Tony's, as I had this issue prior to the latest version of IYP; had the same issues in 4.10.265 stable release. I assume it's a resource issue, although my PC should be able to handle it, with 2 GB ram and an AMD dual-core processor. Before I launched FSX and IYP, I went into the task manager, and ended all process trees of non-essential services. When I finished, I only had 7 processes running prior to the launch of FSX and IYP. So I don't understand the problem. I do see that FSX eats ram for breakfast, though. Looking at the task manager, it was at around 600k. Any way to lower that? And now, for the good news...Whatever you did to the ATC window in this version did, indeed, fix the problem I was having with SuperATC. IFR clearance was obtained without a single problem, on the first attempt...great job, and thanks. Now if I can just get the response times and stuttering fixed, I will be most pleased...the response time bothers me most...it shouldn't take Michelle 30 to 45 seconds to give me the click, and execute a command after it is issued. This seems to happen transiently. In other words, I'll have about 5 minutes where this occurs, then 5 minutes wherein the execution of a command is virtually immediate, and then it will slow again. In all the Youtube videos I have seen, I don't see Robert having this issue.
