Yesterday (Tues, 11-19), Debi Campbell, Brenda Richards, Michele Sparks, Larry McDaniel, Jim Anderson, Scott Turner, Charles Moore, and I birded water areas in Sullivan County.  Highlights:

Paddle creek Pond

River View and Big Springs Rds.:

Weir Dam:
   40   Wigeon
     2   Ruddy Duck
   22   Bufflehead
    2   Bald Eagle

S. Holston Lake Dam Overlook:
    6   Bufflehead
    1   Pied-billed Grebe
    2   Bald Eagle
    1   Red-tailed Hawk

Boat Launch at Hwy 421 Bridge:
    2   Common Loon
    1   Herring Gull

Musick's Campground:
    6   Common Loon
   33   Bonaparte's Gull
    3   Ring-billed Gull

Middlebrook Lake:
    2   Am. Black Duck
    7   Lesser Scaup
   33   Ring-necked Duck
   26   Hooded Merganser
