A reset is your only option at this point. Keysoft 9.3 might solve some or all 
of these problems, but be assured you are not alone in your key web woes. In 
fact, the problems you described are one of the reasons I gave up on keyweb 
some time ago - it was more trouble and frustration than it was worth.
