Hi Ann and All,
Thanks much for the information. I'll try to remember it for the
future. I copied the link directly from the Apex web browser
using the block commands, and tested it to make sure it would
open with the Apex as given, but admittedly didn't test it with
any other clients.

Subject: [BNU] Re: HumanWare support page for the BrailleNote
Touch
Hi all,
When passing on a URL, if the URL doesn't start with http:// or
www,
MSIE doesn't know it's a link, neither does your email client.
Here is
the correct URL.
http://support.humanware.com/en-usa/support/braillenote_touch/
Usually, if a link starts with a word other than www, it is best
to put
http:// in front of it. I kept getting an error message. I
finally
replaced the first 'support' with www, and found the page.
