Hi Jo, and welcome to the list..  When they get the approval from your
regional library you should get an email.   Did you check with your library
to make sure they sent your confirmation of disability to bookshare.org?
Then, after the email telling you your disability has been proved, it will
be another two to three weeks after you pay, or at least it was for me.  I
hope this helps.
