Hi Duane,
I just thoght I would add that Baen now provides their membership to
webscriptions free of charge to blind users, since you didn't mention
it, and I agree it is a great service.

I love Baen books and thank them much for making their books
available electronically as they have done. I don't think they did
it specifically for the blind, but it is a wonderful service.
I own every webscription. Below my signature, I will print my
read-me file which tells all the books I have in the library from Baen.
