Hi Pat,
I can tell you how I go about deciding what to download. The first thing I
did after becoming a member was to look up my favorite authors to see if
Bookshare had anything of theirs I had not read. Also, I look at the new
books every day now since they are being put up so quickly. Sometimes I
find an author that I haven't read and end up liking. Also, if you decide
to become a volunteer to proofread (called validate here), you get to keep
the copy you download, and that is another way of finding new categories,
authors and titles you like..
