Hi Lori,
From the editing history, I think I remember that this book came into the
collection in mid-2006.
I just requested and then cleaned-up the existing scan in the collection of "The
Gift of the Deer" over the weekend. I stripped all the headers, corrected the
book's pagination and page numbering, and fixed the table of contents and
chapter headings. It should now be a much smoother read for you in either
braille or Daisy. The new version was uploaded into the collection this
afternoon. smile.

chapter title or author's name on one page, the book title on the
other. Since these headers were consistant throughout the book, I
assume that the books entered the collection before the idea of removing
headers took effect.
One of the books Gift of the Deer by Helen Hoover was so marvelous that
I did not mind the intrusive headers too much. It is wonderful to
discover such a delightful new author.
