I got this message from the MCB email list. I thought you'd be interested as
this is a national issue.
Should you wish to e-mail or fax our U.S. Senators or Congressmen
regarding the Talking Book Program, please be sure to state your
name, your home address, and home telephone number at the beginning of
your e-mail or fax.
I have already contacted our Senators this morning and emailed Congressman
Roy Blunt's office regarding this urgent matter.
Should you wish to call rather than write, you may need to call the
Washington numbers since some of the Missouri numbers listed in a
previous e-mail are no longer working numbers.
I hope you will join together with me as well as with many others in
urging our legislators to fully fund the Talking Book Program.
Thank you for taking action today regarding this important matter.
