The wave file I just sent to the bookport was 44100 HZ 16 bit. That is typical CD quality. However, when I look at the size of the original file and the size of the file on the bookport, the bookport file is much much smaller than the original file. My guess is that it is being converted into something the bookport can play. Anyway, it does seem to work in that particular wav format. I'll play with some others and see what happens. I put a wave file on my BP just last week. however, the BP is at least a bit picky about the format of the file. So, I had to convert mine in order for the transfer software to accept it as okay. What your problem might be I can not say, but you may want to be more precise as to what you did and what did, or did not, happen.
