Paula: That is an extra window that XP throws up (I'm not sure about Vista). Anyway, that is not the window you want to work out of. What you need to do is close the window with altf4 and then you should have the Book Port Transfer window. if not, you can open it from the Desktop. It's probably there though, you just can't see it for the Removable Disc Window being in the way. When I connect my bookport to the computer I get a prompt that says "removable disk I" and it takes me to a folder list of my bookport folders. I con't get a prompt that will let me bring books down to the bookport. This is a fairly new problem. I've been able to download books before with no problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
