[bookport] Re: odd installation of Bookport Transfer software, continued connection problem

I am just wondering here.
If you uninstall the bookport software, then manually blow away the
c:\program files\aph folder, as well as the c:\documents and
settings\your name\local settings\aplication data\aph folders and
then re-install the software, if that will help?
Now that second folder might be hidden, so you might have to unhide it.
