Sharon: I still think the problem is with the flash card. If reformatting and check disk don't help, then I would replace the card. This may be a long post. Having major trouble with bookport. It started out last night when i was listening to files. It would say something like----- memory error then it would say mp3 error and some letters. I reinstalled the software and when I tried to update that it gets so far and just stops. Now the bookport doesn't connect when I hook it up to the computer. The firewall is off. I spoke with Pam today and she said that I should have never reinstalled the software. I did a reset with her on the phone and the bookport wouldn't do anything. I've hooked it up to both computers and it does the same on both. I don't understand what is going on. Can i reflash the unit or something/ If so, what do I do? I sure hope someone can help me.
