[bookport] Re: html files

Book Port Transfer uses Microsoft Word to send HTML files. I would
start my troubleshooting with Word in this case.

I recently installed windows xp professional. Since then, when I
transfer html files to the bookport I get html instructions such as span
or width. This did not happen in xp home. I am using the beta. Before
this, html files read just like text files. I'm curious as to what is
happening here.
