Check your version of Book Wizard Reader. If it is something like
1.0.8.0, you need an update. The best way to update BWR is to download
its beta directly. Try the following address:
www.aph.org/beta/bwr_beta.exe
This will not help with HTML files; these are handled by Word.
Truthfully, I would avoid sending HTML files directly, since the Word
handling isn't all that great, and some users have trouble with this
process locking up. If you really need to send an HTML file, open it in
Windows Explorer, then right-click and select Send to Book Port.

Hi all
I'm having trouble sending some files to the bp.
text files seem to work ok , but the daisy format (opf) brings up an
error message , error failed to load navigation control file . and on
html files it says it can't open them.
It actually works sometime .
just puzzled I guess .
