The Book Wizard doesn't have to be registered in order to transfer Daisy
books, but it does have to function in Demo mode. You might run BWR and
check to be certain you have the latest update. And try opening the
files in that program, to see if they open. Word has to be installed for
HTML files.

difference , I guess what puzzles me is that it has worked fine up

I've had my bp about 3 or 4 months and I think it's great

Hi all
I'm having trouble sending some files to the bp.
text files seem to work ok , but the daisy format (opf) brings up an
error
message , error failed to load navigation control file . and on html
files
it says it can't open them.
It actually works sometime .
just puzzled I guess .
