Hi:

A reformat erases all files, including the Help file. It is only by connecting
to the PC that the help file is restored.

It should be on the root of the card. A quick way to get it back would be to
reformat the card. I'm amazed that she *could* delete it.

Subject: [bookport] bookport help file

Hi,
I am working with a student who is a new user to the device. I think she
accidentally deleted the help file. If I press the help key it pops me right
back in the file she is reading. Is the file stored on the bookport? or, is it
stored on the CF card. How can I get the help file back and where do I place
the file. I assume it would be on the root of the card?

Thanks for any help in advance.

Randy.
