Pamela, Thanks. I just updated to the latest software when I left work
yesterday. I will try that next week. Thanks everyone.

Randy.

  Hi Randy:

The Help file is stored on the compact flashcard. Just connect the Book Port
to the PC and the software will see that the help file is missing and it'll be
replaced. Make sure the PC is running the latest foftware, so that the help
file will match the firmware running in the Book Port.

  Subject: [bookport] bookport help file

  Hi,

I am working with a student who is a new user to the device. I think she
accidentally deleted the help file. If I press the help key it pops me right
back in the file she is reading. Is the file stored on the bookport? or, is it
stored on the CF card. How can I get the help file back and where do I place
the file. I assume it would be on the root of the card?

Thanks for any help in advance.

  Randy.
