[bookport] book port beta available

APH is pleased to announce that a new beta version of the Book Port Transfer
software is available. It is version 2.3.1.1.0 Beta.
This beta version improves the quality of the braille translator in two
respects:
1. Capatilized braille text is now supported.
2. The translation tables have been updated.
As usual, you can read what's new by selecting the Details button before
updating, or by selecting "What's New with Book Port" from the Book Port
Transfer program group in the Start menu.
If you wish to participate in the Beta, please visit:
http://www.aph.org/beta
If you are already a Beta user, you can update in the normal way.
Remember, this is only a Beta. For those of you not wishing to participate,
stay tuned and you'll be updated in the official release.
