You cannot change the synthesizer in the Bookport itself. It uses Doubletalk. As some have already said, in Bookport Transfer, your txt files are converted to audio files MP3 format. If Mike is installed, you can use him to convert said files. Remember, though. This will take up a lot more space on your CF card.
