You sent this to the entire list. Bad move. -----Original Message----- From: bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Fred Wurtzel Sent: Friday, 23 March 2007 12:06 PM To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bookport] Re: Ripping audio files Hi,The Message is ordinary cd's. When you rip them, the program converts themto mp3's. I am attaching the program to this message. I think this will work. You will need to save the attachment and then run it. It will automatically unpack and install when you run it -----Original Message----- From: bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of stacey robinson Sent: Thursday, March 22, 2007 5:18 PM To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bookport] Re: Ripping audio files Fred, Is your copy of the message mp3 or regular CD's? Where can you get Cdex? I can't wait until the new bp comes out, I'm going to buy one. However, I recently purchased the Message Bible on CD. Each track and CD were named and were on CDDB which C D EX automatically looked up and filled in. It may be possible to mess around a little and find that the book is already listed. I do not fully understand these databases. Some ripping programs can find titles and others will not find titles for the same CD's. There are too many things to understand all at once. -----Original Message-----From: bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Robert Clark Sent: Wednesday, March 21, 2007 9:59 PM To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bookport] Re: Ripping audio files Well I had Audiograbber so pulled it out and after some fumbling, got it working. Linda, renaming all those tracks? But that may be the easiest in the end. That will make reading one book more seamless. Thanks all for the tips. *---* *---* *---* *---* *---* Ever consider what our dogs must think of us?
