[bookport] Reading Audio Files from the Public Library

Our public library has recently introduced the service of providing
downloaded audio books for the use of their patrons. I understand this is
now becoming more common.
Question: Can these files be transferred to and read with the Bookport? Are
there any digital rights management issues involved and something the
Bookport user needs to do?
