I use the Archose Jukebox with the accessible Rock Box software.  I will
be doing a podcast about it soon.

Larry,

I just listened to the bowling show.  Pretty cool.  I'm curious as to
what
you used to record on-location.  I'm looking for a digital recorder
that
will deliver decent speech quality  with an eye toward possibly
creating
some podcasts.  I don't need music quality so don't want to use a
minidisk.
I'd like something completely electronic, storing to either a chip or
a
card.  I know there are devices meant for recording notes and memos
but
don't know how good the quality is.  Lou
