You are right; I read NLS/Daisy and made the assumption, as will others,
that this means the digital DAISY books NLS will be issuing.  Wishful
thinking I guess.  I know APH wouldn't mislead people deliberately, but I
would bet, that many others would read NLS/Daisy and easily miss-think the
issue as I did.  Advertising actually uses word pairing like this; they
imply one thing but can always say they never said it.  I know APH isn't
doing that; it's just an unfortunate pairing of words.  Thanks for
straightening me out on this.
