Yes, indeed it does and more. She still might want to buy a Bookport, though. I use both regularly.

When the newest update for the Stream is released, it will also read brf files.

Subject: [bookport] NEED TO PURCHASE A BOOK PORT

A friend of mine has Dyslexia and wants to purchase a Book Port. I realize that the device is no longer being manufactured. Does anyone know where she can purchase one? She is finding that she cannot keep up with all the reading. Right now, she is taking a course and needs to be able to listen to electronic and/or audio files. She does not have the money to purchase two machines: one to listen to electronic files and the other one to listen to audio files. I am going to let her borrow my Book Port until she gets one of her own. On another topic, can I get insurance for my Book Port?

Jeremiah 29:11 - 14.
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the LORD, "and will bring you back from captivity.
