[bookport] FFmp3 error: disk is full-- what's this about?

Hi folks,
I'm transfering another big chunk of DAISY book and I'm getting this error.
FFmp3 error: disk is full.
My disk is certainly not full. I've got 3 GB on the hard drive and 1.25 gb
on the flash card.
Anybody know what the deal is?
I haven't followed the list for a few days so if I'm coming in on something,
let me know.
