The transfer program has an interface that utlines the range to be sent
of the Daisy book eg. Introduction to page 300.
When I have used the programme it seem to know how much has been sent.

If there is a limit to the size of the dtb that Book Port Transfer will
transfer in a single go, how can one determine without disconnecting the
Book Port that not all the book has been transferred so that one can
transfer the rest in another pass?
