Mike: It doesn't quite work that way. When you are selecting the range to send, you can tell if you are sending through the end of the book, because the last item in the list is <End of book>. But, it doesn't work on the principle of sending multiple passes. You get a range, read that range, then send another range. If you resend part of a book, the old part gets replaced with the new part.
