Hi Pamela and list:Thanks for forwarding on the suggestion. That is definitely what I hoped for. I need to transfer these files to the bookport to read them with any degree of portability, and of course, that's what I bought the bookport to accomplish, as well as help others see it as a worthwhile investment toward giving them the same freedom and convenience I already enjoy.

Hi Concerned Listers: I don't know all of the ins and outs of it, so I can't promise that we can do it, but it is something we can consider doing. I have turned it in as a suggestion to our programming staff, so we'll see where it goes from here. New Zealand has decided to adopt the Unified English Braille Code, as have a few select other countries. They are already producing their materials by those rules. This is causing some problems when sending brf files to the book port. If you need files for examination, I can send you some. Cheers, Dave -- Internal Virus Database is out-of-date.
