[bookport] BookPort question

Don, could you post the following message to the bookport list?
I had to reformat my computer and reload Audible manager and the bookport
transfer software. I activated my bookport to audible in the advanced menu,
but when I open bookport and arrow down the list of files, they do not play.
I have the preview audio button checked. My books show up in audible
manager and they show up on the bookport, they just don't play. All my
other audio files play. In addition, when I click send, I get a dialog I
have not seen in prior versions that asks me things about start and end
points. I can press OK from here and the book is sent to the bookport, but
it would be nice to be able to preview the book first. What am I doing
wrong?
