reinstalling from the CD.

Hi all, recently got my BookPort and tried to transfer a Daisy book but
got the following message:
Unable to transfer Digital Talking Book:
Book Wizard Reader not installed.
How do I rectify this please?
BookPort transfer has been installed on my Windows ME machine with more
than adequate RAM.
Urgently thank you.
