[bookport] Book wizard reader not installed

Hi all, recently got my BookPort and tried to transfer a Daisy book but got the 
following message:

Unable to transfer Digital Talking Book:
Book Wizard Reader not installed.

How do I rectify this please?

BookPort transfer has been installed on my Windows ME machine with more than 
adequate RAM.
