[bookport] Battery low message

I noticed that when I am about to update to the new beta, that if I have
around 30% on my battery gauge, that I get a low battery message and the
upgrade aborts. Normally the low battery error hasn't occurred yet at that
level. Can somebody tell me why those levels were chosen? Seems like quite
a bit of battery life thrown away.
