The issue here is that APH wants to insure that your bookport isn't
damaged because the batteries are too low to perform a successful
update.  Certainly 30 per cent is fine while reading or playing audio
files, however it takes quite a bit more battery life to update code.
It is done for the safety of the user.=20

I noticed that when I am about to update to the new beta, that if I have
around 30% on my battery gauge, that I get a low battery message and the
upgrade aborts.  Normally the low battery error hasn't occurred yet at
that
level.  Can somebody tell me why those levels were chosen?  Seems like
quite
a bit of battery life thrown away.
