In Michigan all libraries belong to NetLibrary.com. As a library patron I can
log onto NetLibrary and access hundreds of books. My ZoomText magnifier and
screen reader can read the books. One page is displayed at a time. So one can
only read at your computer. I don't know how friendly the site is to navigate
for those with no vision at all.
