Grant: Try formatting it with the PC, using 32 FAT system. Then, put it in your Book Port and see if you can then execute the format command. If it doesn't, then you either have a bad card or one that won't work with the Book Port. This doesn't happen as much with the latest firmware, so be sure you are running 2.3. If you can't return the card, another option would be to send the card to us and we can test it further.
