Hi Kevin,

The bad news is that it is sounding more and more like the
card may be suspect.

The good news is that most cards these days have a fairly
long warranty, often as much as 5 years.

We can check it down here of you wish.

George.

Hi Kevin,

Well, it's really frustrating when it happens to you, so I
can sure
understand that. Also, if you don't get any speech from the
bc, you might
try taking out the
batteries for a couple of minutes and then put them back in
again.

I believe there is a total reset command for the bc even if
you don't get
speech, but can't recall what that one is.

Hi Kevin,

YOu might try rebooting your pc if you haven't already.
Sometimes the usb
connection seems to get confused and one can get the "not
connected"
message.

If you put the card into the bc can you get the card size
and free space
info from the bc? If so, sounds like the card is fine.
