I don't get any speech from bc when the card is inserted but I will try a
reformat again and see I MUST ADMIT I WAS NOT REALLY THINKING VERY CLEARLY
LAST NIGHT WHEN I GOT ALL THE PROBLEMS NOW THAT I AM A BIT CALMER I WILL
TRY A COUPLE OF THINGS ALL THE BEST.

Hi Kevin,
YOu might try rebooting your pc if you haven't already. Sometimes the usb
connection seems to get confused and one can get the "not connected"
message.
If you put the card into the bc can you get the card size and free space
info from the bc? If so, sounds like the card is fine.
